Now that Vol 4 is over, I decided to change the RP rules. Keep in mind that the rules will be subjected to changes and there will be a separte rule regarding OC creation in the future.
I apologize that I haven't made much contributions due to college but I will attempt to be a little more active. Despite the few amount of people we have here, this place has not been forgotten. : >
